  • Consult your doctor if suffering from high or low levels of calcium, cardiac toxicity problems, hand and foot syndrome, diabetes, nervous system disorders, hepatic dysfunction, bone marrow suppression, poor nutritional status, receiving extensive pelvic radiation, taking medications for blood thinning, gout, fits or cancer
  • Do not drive or operate heavy machinery
  • Do not father a child while on this therapy
  • Elderly
  • Monitor complete blood count with renal and hepatic function
  • Seek guidance and counseling on sperm conservation before taking this therapy
  • Take this medicine with water within half an hour of taking meal
  • Use two methods of contraception while on this therapy
