MyHep LVIR is a fixed-dose combination tablet containing Ledipasvir 90mg and Sofosbuvir 400 mg for oral administration used with or without ribavirin for the treatment of chronic (lasting a long time) hepatitis C virus (HCV) genotype 1, 4, 5 or 6 infection.
